June 23, New Delhi: Serbia’s top diplomat in India, Acting Ambassador Sinisa Pavic lauded the Chairman of the Confederation of Young Leaders (CYL) and the Director of the Indian Institute of Governance and Leadership (IIGL) Himadrish Suwan during a virtual meeting on India-Serbia relationship and the art & craft of cooperation.
While speaking at the virtual meeting, Serbia’s top diplomat, Sinisa Pavic, said “Since my first meeting with Mr. Suwan, I had this impression and I felt very jealous as to why Mr. Suwan is not the chief of a Serbian institution. But I am happy it’s India given the friendly relations between India and Serbia”.
Confidence, trust and understanding are the basic qualities that behold the two nations together, fostering the feeling of brotherhood and partnership that is a heritage for both nations in itself, added, Ambassador Sinisa Pavic.
While speaking at the virtual meeting, Chairman Himadrish Suwan, congratulated the Government and the friendly people of Serbia on the victory of tennis legend Novak Djokovic who recently defeated Greece’s Stefanos Tsitsipas in the French Open.
